When installing the towing eyelet in a support device, the relevant regulations (e.g. UVV vehicles) and the attachment guidelines of the vehicle manufacturer must be observed! The towing eyelet must be type-approved together with the mounting device. Please refer to the requirements of §27 StVZO regarding the data in the vehicle documents with regard to the permissible trailer load. In the case of installation within the scope of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO), the installation must be approved by a technical inspection authority. The towing eyelet must only be installed by an authorized specialist workshop. Test report on weld seam strength TK10016_2.

Damaged or missing parts can only replace with original Walterscheid parts and retrofit them in accordance with regulations and after consultation with Walterscheid.
